Mr Maluleke is the Group Chief Executive Officer at Xioma Pty Ltd. He leads the development of a strategically integrated business environment supporting value creation through planning , negotiating and implementing business concepts. Maluleke is an accomplished instrumentation and engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience using exceptional technical and leadership skills in mining and infrastructure development projects over Africa.
His experience across all facets of business management has proved extremely instrumental in the areas of development and execution of strategies, change management and action plans that facilitate business performance.
He implemented mines (coal, chrome and platinum) , plants ( coal preparation and concentrators), conveyors ( Safety and Automation) and centralise blasting System (AEL and Sasol).
Maluleke presently serves as a director on the board of various companies within the group.
Mr N.L. Nzima

Nzima is the Chief Operations Director at Xioma Pty Ltd. He leads the operations sector of the group as a focused leader , recognized for delivering superior results. He is a well qualified executive with over 7 years of experience managing high level corporate operations in Project Management roles and within the Supply Chain environment.
He is well versed in presentations, accustomed to addressing clients, vendors , partners, shareholders and corporate board of directors. Nzima has a history of success, leading initiatives for project management processes, Sales and Marketing.
He presently serves as director on the board of various companies within the group.

She is a well qualified executive with over 9 years of experience managing high level corporate operations in Management roles and within Xioma Prumasi.
She is well versed in presentations, accustomed to addressing clients, vendors , partners, shareholders and corporate board of directors. Mrs Maluleke has a history of success, leading initiatives for Company management processes, Finance and administration.
